Aadland Highly Qualified
What a pleasure it is to be able to vote for a school board candidate as qualified as Sarah Aadland! Smart and knowledgeable, Sarah has had kids in the district for years, has worked as a parent volunteer, and currently sits on the board. She has participated in training from the Minnesota School Board Association, which offers seminars aimed directly at school board members, teaching them how to be effective in their elected office. She has learned how to make the biggest impact in a position that is often called upon to listen to and bridge the differences between teachers, the school board, custodians, administrations, parents, students, and the public. These are very different groups of people with direct interest in public education, and a board member needs to be able to hear and understand each perspective. Sarah is up to the task!
It is telling that the adults in the best position to evaluate Sarah’s dedication to education are the teachers, and our district’s teachers support her. They are writing letters supporting her! I hope you will join me in voting for this high quality candidate, Sarah Aadland.
