Public Schools Unify Our Small Community

I'm a grandma who has lived in the CL School District since 1989. Our four children went through all of their school years in the district and we are grateful for the excellent teachers and schools they experienced along the way. Even though I have no school-age grandchildren residing in the district, I still have a deep concern for the health of our schools. I know from experience that the local public school is the unifying backbone of a small community.

I am casting my ballot for Sarah Aadland because I know she has the same concern that our schools stay strong and meet the needs of all students. I have visited with her personally and know that she is bright and capable. She's proven to be an invaluable asset to our school board as twice already, she stepped up to serve when there was an unexpected vacancy. Her background in public policy and nonprofit management as well as her extensive volunteer and leadership roles within our district make her an excellent candidate. I am grateful for her willingness to continue serving our kids and families. I urge you to join me in voting to elect Sarah to have a seat on the school board!
